First Culprit: Covergirl "lashexact"
This thin purple tube has fits easily in a clutch or small make-up bag, which is convenient. Opposed to some other brands, the wand is more firm and the mascara inside, more evenly distributed on the brush. When I put this one on, it lifts my eye lashes a lot, but doesn't make them stand out as well as some other mascaras. This is one for subtle volume.
Second Culprit: MAYBELLINE "theCOLOSSALVOLUM'express.
This is the number one of my list of mascaras. Thick enough at the root to avoid having to use eyeliner, and a huge brush to get to even the tiniest of lashes. This one sticks true to it's promise of volume, while also avoiding the clumping lashes together issue.
Third Culprit: MAYBELLINE "Grand Lash" mascara
Fourth Culprit: LANCOME L extreme mascara (waterproff)
Although I am not a fan of department store mascaras, I decided to try this one last year and was pretty impressed. The brush for this tube is long, and made my appeared to add a few extra lashed ( which is always great.) This tube is also waterproof, which I good for a special night out. However, the waterproofing make it a little more difficult to take off. If you are one of those girls who is not a makeup fan, but likes to go all out when the occasion calls for it, this is a good pick.
